This charming and modern villa is located in Alcanada, just a few minutes' drive from Port Alcudia. The area offers some good restaurants, the best golf course in Mallorca, a small beach and rock pools. The swimming pool is located in front of the villa and has sun loungers and parasols for a relaxing holiday. The bright living room is impeccably furnished with spacious and comfortable sofas, a large TV and a seating area with chairs, which has impressive views of the sea and the Alcudia bay. In front of the property is the beach with crystal clear waters. The modern and elegant kitchen is fully equipped. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a shower room. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and another with two single beds, sharing a bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed with an en-suite shower room. There is private parking on the same building. In the large garage we have a place to store bicycles. Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.

There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
