It consists of a room with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, a kitchen open to the living room, and a terrace.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and shops, bicycle rental, are only a few steps away from the holiday accommodation.





IMPORTANT



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.



A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

The lively Puerto Alcudia with its promenade and the beautiful old town of Alcudia can be reached by car or bus directly from the main road in a few minutes. The old fishing harbour, where you can buy fresh fish, is definitely worth a visit.



Along the modern marina a nice promenade has been created, which is a pedestrian zone inviting you to stroll under the palm trees. Very good restaurants, bars and various shops offer a variety of Mediterranean specialities and international dishes as well as good shopping opportunities.



A short 25-minute walk will take you to the old town of Alcudia, which has become very popular in recent years and is one of the most beautiful on the island. The old town is surrounded by a wall and the interior is full of terraces, cafés, shops, shops of all kinds, where you can experience the true spirit of Mallorca.
