It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and is fully equipped.DistributionThe apartment has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and two with two single beds each. All of them have air conditioning.It has two modern design bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.It has a beautiful living room with modern and comfortable furniture, a large sofa to rest at ease, TV and Wifi. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.From the living room through glass doors you have access to the terrace, there you can find a comfortable sofa, a dining table and chairs to enjoy your meal outdoors, and that benefits from a light sea breeze That refreshes the hot summer days. Highly recommended for a pleasant holiday near the sea!Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation.
