I had an excellent stay at Upon Vila Alcochete Hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, friendly, attentive, and always proactive. One day I left the ‘do not disturb sign by mistake, and they even contacted me through WhatsApp to make sure I didn’t need anything. The hotel is located in a quiet and charming small town, about 25 miles (40 km) from Lisbon, perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay away from the busy city. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay here and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and environment. The design and aesthetic is gorgeous! The staff are exceptional - kind, helpful and friendly. We had minor issues during our stay like A/C not working the last 2 days and the staff did what they could to help rectify the issue. Though it was not fixed before we checked out, the effort was greatly appreciated. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again!

The property was very well maintained. The staff was always very kind. The only thing we didn’t know is that the kitchen and bar are closed during the week and only open Fri-Sun. But there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again.

Great views from terrace on top of hotel!

Great terrace on top of hotel. Beautiful views. Takes about 30 minutes to drive to airport. Very helpful staff member at front desk who helped us with our flight check in! I wish we had her name but she lived in Philadelphia for 6 years. She was so nice!

This Hotel has The Best Staff hands down! The Bar: Victor & Veronica Reception: Alvisio, Penelope, & Carlos I don't know how this "Dream Team" was put together but they are Amazing! All so helpful with restaurant recommendations, reservations, walking directions you name they have the answers. This hotel is across the bridge but if you want FRESH seafood Alcochete is the place to go & Upon Vila is the place to stay.

I did not like two things. First, the location — this property is far from almost everything, and nothing of interest is really nearby. Second, the staff — I would expect hotel employees to be more fluent in English, as well as more friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable.

Lovely hotel close to the beach, good amenities, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Couldn’t ask for a better spot! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and only a few minutes from the sand.

Beautiful hotel! First thing you notice upon walking in is the great smell! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is away from the hussle and bussle of the city but easily accessible to reach either by Uber or a bus to ferry. The ferry ride is amazing especially around sunset. The hotel has a great rooftop bar and pool where you can also relax while the sun goes down. Overall this was a great experience and if i visit again this will be my hotel of choice
