This floor includes 3 bedrooms, each fitted with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. 1 of these bedrooms measures 35 m2 and benefits from its own private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, as well as a double hand-basin, with direct access to the terrace. The remaining 2 bedrooms on this floor also enjoy direct terrace access. The main level further features a large, open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room and a separate WC complete the facilities on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, a second living and dining room with satellite TV provides an additional communal space, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
