Front desk was not manned at any point during the stay. Towels and linnen was only replaced after calling and asking. The back glass door didnt lock propperly. The shower smelled of grey water when running. Staff werent friendly and seemed put out by my being in the room.

The checkin process was easy - we were texted the room door code. The room however wasn't very clean. The cornice was coming away from the ceiling and 2 of the beds had a lot of dirt/dust from the ceiling all over the pillows. The bathroom had lots of dead bugs/marks to the ceiling, And an obvious large cobweb by the toilet paper and the hairdryer was no longer there, just the bracket on the wall. The shower pipes made a loud clang when you turned them on!

Nice big room. Not far from freeway for overnight stop. Mostly clean. Bathroom exhaust fan very noisy and needs a good clean. Way too much air freshener used was overpowering when entering. Overall would recommend but room for small improvements.

The room was clean but VERY dated Was closest room to Hume highway so very noisey. The aircon worked but the batteries in remote were flat so had to purchase batteries from across the road . The pool is best described as a pond, it was filthy with rotting leaf litter on the bottom, there was zero change we would swim in it The Spa and Sauna are permanently closed much to our surprise. We understand it’s a budget hotel but still a disappointing stay.
