The amenities are extremely minimal, you have to take out your own trash, the lock on our door was broken, the tv remote was broken, and you have to pay an additional $100 deposit at check in which is refundable but not disclosed at booking. The room was clean but that was just about the only good thing about the hotel.

Save your money! I've never been to a worse hotel in my life. Staff is great, it is NOT their fault. The facility is old, the water barely trickled when we got there, then it stopped working entirely for most of the night. Even once it was "fixed", there was barely any pressure. Not even enough to fill the toilet tank so it could be flushed more than once every few hours. Nobody could sleep, we ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Horrible experience!

The staff there is lovely. I think this is one of the best places I’ve stayed out from home. The cleanliness is on point, the staff is super welcoming, friendly and generally just amazing people. I think I’ve told each one I’ve encountered how great their customer service is. The place is great when it comes to safety. Fully fenced and you can’t access the interior unless you are staying there via your room card. There is no noise, and even with being next to the I-40 you won’t even know it if you don’t go out the building and see. The rooms are great whether you are there for business or pleasure. It entails of a chair and table that can be used as a desk, it also has a full studio kitchen with cupboards and also enough room to put your clothing and all other personal belongings. I was happy to find a laundry basket as-well as hangers for my use. There is a laundry room which is well kept. This place is great.

The rooms and facilities in general are clean and well organized. The staff who assisted me were very professional, extremely courteous, and kind. The check-in and check-out process was quick and simple. The person at the front desk explained everything in detail, and the whole process was very fast. You receive a parking ticket for your car so you can park it. The hotel is located near an area where there are many homeless people. Some nearby residents mentioned that there are occasionally issues related to them, but there is a patrol car that passes by constantly at night, so you can still feel safe.
