A true New Mexican adobe in Albuquerque's quiet North Valley, with viga ceilings, brick floors, skylights and a kiva fireplace you'll actually use. Two queen bedrooms sit at opposite ends of the house for privacy, plus a cozy bunk room (twin over full) for kids. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home, with an island that seats 2 and a dining table for 6. Full washer and dryer. Step into the sunroom for the infrared sauna, a guest favorite in every season.

OUTDOORS
A fenced backyard full of fruit trees and blooming vines, a gas grill, a patio table that seats 8, a second dining patio off the kitchen, and a fire pit ringed with wicker chairs for stargazing. Chickens next door, horses down the road, and quiet North Valley nights.

LOCATION
Minutes to Balloon Fiesta Park, Los Poblanos, El Pinto, and the Rail Runner station for an easy day trip to Santa Fe. About 20 minutes to Old Town and downtown, and close to the Sandia Peak Tramway.

Enjoyed the space, beautiful mix of traditional and modern

The unit was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and clean. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and spacious backyard. The shower pressure was awesome. Owner was very responsive and quick when we had an issue with the front door. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Balloon Fiesta getaway

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The property is lovely and accommodations were very generous. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace (with firewood provided!), and appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. No pedestrian-friendly access to the public entrances to Balloon Fiesta Park from the property; if visiting for the Balloon fiesta, would recommend a car when staying in this location.

Never again

The checking was a little hassle. Was told it was okay to check in at 230 but had to wait till actual 3. Everything was covered in dog hair and lent. Walking in the house had a bad smell. The place wasn’t heating up. It was cold in the back room even with heater running. The couch had stains on it, Had to sweep and wipe down surfaces because of the dog hair. Sheets had hair on it.
