I am not staying over there because a lot of homeless people they live in this hotel and I have a kids so it’s dangerous to leave there plus so dirty smell so bad so I check in see the room smell really bad so I live the baddest hotel ever I see in my life I swear

Some of the normal things that I expect in a hotel room or suite were missing - Kleenex/tissue, paper towels, comfortable chair, only one chair at kitchen table with dishes for two, no common condiments like salt and pepper. Positives were comfortable beds, clean room and employees were nice

The accommodations were just fair in my opinion, but the staff was more than courteous. When I first walked into the room, the smoke detector was going off. So, I called the front desk & they came right away to change out the battery. Then, I next discovered that there was no remote for the tv. Once again, I called and they came immediately with a device so I could use the television. THEN, I left the next day (a Sunday), only to get a phone call from them to say they had accidentally kept my drivers' license when I was checking in. They told me it would be placed in the mail on Monday morning, and sure enough, by mid-week, my license arrived safe & sound in my mailbox!
