The rooms were dirty and sub par at best. Made no attempt to clean or offer a better and clean room. was also suppose to reimburse for one of the rooms. That has not happened. Property manager has not returned your calls at Hotel.com. I can supply pictures of the room if needed. Really a disappointing experience.

Booked a suite for 3 adults and 2 children. Requested ground floor because one kid has knee injury. What we got: 1. Second floor 2. 2 queen beds for 4 people 3. Dirty floor We heard loud arguments after 2am. I do not recommend this Motel 6 or the area

Arriving from out of state, I didn’t know there was a time restriction for checking in to the hotel (there’s fine print according to receptionist - I couldn’t find it). My reservation was cancelled and I was charged a “no-show” fee. I called to see what had happened as I was turning into the parking lot. There’s a time sensitive check-in at the hotel that isn’t in the “fine print”. She was able to reverse the reservation after asking her what was going on. There was zero communication prior to cancellation/no-show fee. I get to the front office to check in, she hands me these tiny papers to fill out - says “I’ll be back in a few minutes just fill that information out” - I fill everything out and was given attitude when I asked what the papers were. There is a $100 deposit that is NOT listed on hotel.com or any reservation site. Hotel is run down, disgustingly dirty, and in a very sketchy area. Mold infested!!!!!!!! I asked for a different room and was told that there were none and that I can clean what was dirty. Microwave was blown up, literally but they replaced it, with one that was not even useable either. I was also given disinfectant (bleach free) and a small stack of paper towels to clean the room. No dishes in kitchenette. Coffee pot was molded. Stove didn’t even work in the room. All bad experience.

There were drawers missing in the kitchenette and no dishes or anything. The microwave had a plate in it that didnt fit and we couldnt seem to get anyone at front desk to help. The room was dirty and we didnt wven get a coffee pot until 2 days before our week stay was up. I will never stay here again!

Heater made terrible noise had a cold night. No coffee maker or iron. Had to buy a blanket didn't want to leave at midnight to find another hotel. Office check in took like 25 minutes since the printer was broken. Dirty with dog poop and cigarettes outside facility. House flies in room

The lady at the desk was nice and tried to be helpful, but was limited by a budget I am guessing. The room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait 65 minutes to get in the roof after paying; one of 2 towel rods was missing, no towels or wash clothes in the room, crusty "something" on the other towel rod, no remote control for the TV even after we asked for one, so could not use the TV. Bed cover had a 3-4" burn hole in it, sheets had active stains on them, connecting door between our room and the next one was duct-taped for sound deadening and missing one door hinge. Toilet seat (not cover) was broken and duct taped together, toilet bowl was not clean and had "poo" in it. Overall it was a very disgusting room.

Just no. The room was filthy. My socks were black on the bottom. Burn holes in the bedspread and huge stains on the sheets in places you do not want to see stains. There was no toilet paper and the remote for the TV had no batteries. I was in the room for two hours and booked somewhere else. THE most disgusting room I have ever seen.

I liked the quiet and darkness at night. I needed to buy a fry pan because there was none there. I didn't know that the total bill would be charged at check-in, and that really messed with my financial planning. When there are 2 people staying in a room, it makes sense to me that 2 chairs (for dining) would be provided. Only 1 chair was provided, and when we asked for a 2nd one, we were told that there weren't any.
