Check in went very smooth thanks to Deseree’ she was a lot of help. Breakfast was good, the staff was very pleasant and breakfast area was cleaned. The water pressure in shower was a plus, rooms are a little small but clean and quiet. The only bad thing I would say is the door to the rooms are very heavy.

Rhe only down side was that it was under renovation and the pool was closed which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. But the location is safe which is the most important thing.

Pros: Quiet, safe, clean, comfortable, helpful/friendly staff, very close to airport and airport parking. Cons: The cleaning products have a very intense chemical fragrance to them that caused me to get a headache and have a hard time staying there. Chemical perfume smells cause allergic reactions for a lot of people and I wish hotels would stop using them. But if those chemical smells don't bother you, it's a great place to stay.

Excellent breakfast, different hot and cold options, and tastes really good - perfect early start of the day, especially when you have a long drive ahead. I had a reservation issue where my reservation booked through Expedia didn't show in the Hotel's system for some reason, it was a bit frustrating as I also arrived late at night and just wanted to rest, but Cindy handled this very professionally and, even though it took a bit of time to work through this issue with Expedia support, she followed the process until she was able to check me in successfully. I hope they figure out how to prevent this from happening in the future. But regardless of the situation above, I would still love to stay at this Hotel again, the breakfast was really good and the room was comfy.
