Great place to stay before leaving out of ABQ. The staff was extremely helpful. I was picked up from the Rental Car Center after dropping off the car. Because we were leaving early before breakfast, we were offered a snack bag to go.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, so there is work going on. The staff was great. I could have sworn that there was a made to order breakfast, which turned out to be wrong. But, for location it was great.

Staff was excellent, called to make sure everything was okay with our room. Breakfast had several added touches such as freshly brewed coffee, cage-free eggs Etc. Room was clean and smelled fresh. We were well pleased with the accommodation. Pool was closed though so we weren't able to give a review on that.

This is an older motel in Albuquerque that was purchased by the Hilton group and is being remodeled. Very close to the airport. If you are looking for a reasonable motel that is very clean, very nice staff, comfortable bed and a delicious hot breakfast, you will find it at the Garner hotel.

Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic, not great. One thing that bothered the most was seeing the breakfast attendant using the same cleaning rag to wipe the chairs and tables after use, and then using the same rag to wipe down the breakfast area. She wiped the pots holding the food, the counter, the spoon rests, and everything else in that area. This was concerning due to being unhygienic, specially after wiping the table used by guests with a sick child.

Staff was kind and helpful; I especially enjoyed the young lady serving us in the evening! My roommate and I had never stayed at a place where they called 10 minutes after we got upstairs to see if all was well. That was nice. Room was good, bed comfortable. Should have more than one person working the desk, as they also were the one to pick up at the airport. A few of us were waiting around for someone to come back and I was a bit confused because no one was there! I asked about it in the morning and was told they were renovating, thus the one employee. I wouldn't feel safe being all alone and having no one covering the desk when the employee was out isn't good. That didn't impress me.

For the price, I thought this was a good value. Some amenities were not in the room, but available either at the front desk or in the lobby. The breakfast bar offered a good variety of food and drinks to choose from.

Very helpful staff. Very friendly, and made shuttle transfer to and from airport a breeze. Just call them and they’ll meet you there, or ask for a shuttle from the front desk. After calling from the airport, they arrived within 10 min. When asking from the front desk to head back to airport, they had a driver ready in just a min or 2. As of April ‘26, they are still in construction on the first floor for the rebrand. 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are complete and well done. I didn’t encounter any disturbance from construction.

While the room was generally clean and comfortable, I encountered a few issues. There was a strong lingering odor in the room, similar to cooked fish, and the floors appeared to need either more thorough cleaning or the addition of area rugs. Regarding the breakfast service, I found the quality to be mediocre. I was also under the impression that breakfast was served until 9:30 AM; however, because it ended at 9:00 AM, the food was already cold when I arrived. Please note that I did not use the pool during my stay. I hope you find this feedback helpful for improving the guest experience.

The hotel was being renovated my room and the lobby were in great condition. The staff were super friendly and helpful all 3 days of my stay the pool was closed and the TV in my room didn't work they were having some technical difficulty with the WiFi system they were using also the ice machine broke the night before my dep arure. But it was nice and clean I would stay again especially if they get the renovation completed and the kinks worked out.
