It was cold and raining when we checked in. Got up to the room and it was cold too. I put the heater on and bumped up the thermostat. Went to sleep. Woke at 1 am freezing. 59 degrees in room! Went down to front desk to inquire why no heat. They stated that maintenance has not gotten to all the rooms to convert them from A/C to heater. So they knew there was a problem with the room and assigned us to it anyway. They offered a different room, but it was too late for that already. I got extra blankets instead. Zero customer service recover was offered. No discount on room. No offer of free breakfast to warm us back up...nothing but a too bad so sad for you! There wasn't even real hot water in shower to warm us up. The restaurant closed for lunch even though advertised hours showed it should have been open. This should have been a 4 or 5 star stay, but the lack of customer service recovery when they knew they completely failed to provide what was paid for is worthy of only 1 star.

The room was cold 66 degrees F. The heater fan would only run on the low setting. It took 18 hours to get the room to 72 degrees and it would go no higher.

This stay was so much better than a week ago when we stayed in a room where the heat didn’t work and the bathroom sink leaked. This room was pretty good. We stay here because of the excellent location and shuttle service. The staff was excellent especially the shuttle driver.
