Only .5 mile to stadiums (Isotopes Field, UNM football, baseball and basketball "The Pit"), 1 mile to the University of New Mexico and 10 minute drive to downtown Albuquerque. Home has been updated in 2019. All bedrooms and showers are upstairs. There is a half bath with commode downstairs. Home includes linens, towels, and most necessities. Adrian was an excellent host. He was easy to talk with. Was on top with getting our info to us and helped with a few activities. New Mexico is beautiful. Albuquerque so much to do and things to explore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very homey with updated decor. Plenty of anything you usually needed at a VRBO stay. Sleeping is always a concern when we travel and the bed was the most comfort we have experienced! Really nice house in a good location for CNM campus

I stayed here with a co-worker for a conference near CNM's campus. The house was less than a mile from the work venue, some great coffee shops, and just about everything else we could have asked for. The hosts were very responsive and quickly brought by garbage bags when we couldn't find any. The house is nice and really well furnished and decorated. It felt like I was staying in someone's home, honestly. As I write this though I realize I may have forgotten to put my towel in the laundry D:

We came to Albuquerque for our son's graduation from the PJ's in the AF. Our stay at Adrian 's home was absolutely perfect! Everything was well stocked, kitchen, linens, etc. Very bright, clean home, comfy and welcoming home! We loved staying here and would definitely stay again when we visit our son!
