This property has 2 homes separated by a garage yet completely separate from each other. This is the front home w/ a 3 car garage. Huge kitchen, laundry rm, 4 bdrms & 4.5 bthrms. The master is on the ground floor & has 2 bthrms (1 with a shower & 1 with a bathtub) as well as a door that goes out to the backyard & gorgeous mountain views. There is another small kids rm on the main level with a single bed and foosball table. The other 2 bdrms are upstairs & each have their own bthrms. Sunken jacuzzi tub in one and shower in the other. Both upstairs bdrms have balconies w/ views. Backyard has a trampoline, firepit, outdoor kitchen & gate that goes directly to hiking & biking trails.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
