The first thing we noticed right away was the screeching coming from the air conditioner. There was no way we were going to be able to sleep with that going, so we blasted the AC until we went to bed, and then shut it off. We were too scared to even use the shower, so we went to bed in our clothes.

I didn’t use the shuttle, the Hotel was misrepresented on the site. As I drove into the parking lot, I had to check my phone because this is an old dilapidated building that looks like it’s needs to be torn down. The room was clean but the sink was clogged, the bath tub was patched, and the shower head was covered in lime. This is not an inn and suites it’s an old out dated motel where you park in front of you room! Very disappointed

This is sub-par for LaQuinta! It was sooooo disgusting I could not stay there. I left after about 10 minutes! The bed was dirty and yellow stains all over. The room smelled gross. I would have rather stayed in my truck than stay there for another minute. I expect to receive a full refund!!!

No safety bars or tub plug in bathroom. Burned out desk light bulb had to be replaced. Didn’t like checking out - putting keys in open box so anyone could take the keys and rob/destroy the room after I checked out. Still waiting for emailed invoices. Difficult parking in front of room.
