A nearly flawless six-night stay. Excellent staff; even those who lacked English. (A good reminder that those of us who speak only English should get off our complacent rear-ends and learn Spanish!) A very large and clean room (only one mishap, quickly corrected) about the toilet flush. And the best home-baked cinnamon buns, among many other first-tier items for the breakfast buffet.

The room was clean. The beds were really comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was really great for a complimentary hotel breakfast. It was the best part of the stay. It was more than just eggs and sausage. Quality was better than the average breakfast and the automatic fresh ground coffee service was unexpected and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean room but one of the drawers had a lot of trash in it. It was not properly cleaned. Most of all, the shower water was cold! We had to take a cold shower. It took a long time for the water to slowly warm up. The water wasn’t even hot. Paid a lot for this room so I expected more.

Upon checking in we were assigned a room on the first floor as requested (105). We opened the door to be welcomed by a huge waterbug. We made a quick U-turn out of the room and back to the lobby desk. Guest services immediately assigned us a new room on the fourth floor which we very much appreciated. We enjoyed a restful night’s sleep and woke up expecting to take hot showers and instead were met with cold water only. We called guest services and were told multiple rooms called about hot water not working. After waiting 15 minutes for the promised hot water reset, we gave up and decided to proceed with our day and checkout. We headed down to breakfast, hard salty eggs, cold toast, frozen potatoes, maybe decent coffee… Thankfully, we were able to grab yogurt and get the heck out of there. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. The staff were very helpful and seem to work hard given their circumstances, but ownership has a lot of work to do here. I am very grateful we were just passing through. This place will not be a stop for us in the future and I would suggest avoiding it to give time for much needed improvements.
