We stayed during the Balloon Festival. It's about a 20-30 minute walk to the festival area and very easy. Or, you can pay for the hotel shuttle to take and pick you up. We paid and Marco, the driver, was awesome. Shuttle runs about every 10-15 minutes during the morning/evening events, but will come and pick you up anytime with just a call. During the festival they had nightly happy hour with free drinks and snacks which was a welcome treat. Breakfast is good and it's kept very well stocked. During the festival, they opened the breakfast area by 4:15 am so festival goers could eat before the first shuttles left. Hotel itself is clean and the staff is awesome. Rooms were nice and clean. It's a bit noisy from guests and the nearby road, but I've had worse. Some earplugs took care of most of the issue. For the price, proximity, amenities and service, the hotel can't be beat.

For some reason, the carpet was soaked. I could not walk on it and sock feet. The air conditioner was very loud. You could hear neighbors through the walls all night long.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The quality and cleanliness needs to be improved. The floor in my bathroom was very disgusting and dirty, the door had a hole and the bed side lamps didn’t work. The hot tub didn’t work and the gym three machines and some free weights. Not worth the price! I usually post pictures of the hotel but not this time.

I was traveling on business, and my stay was far from good. My first night there I got put into a room that had water damage in the bathroom. There was a very strong mold smell. I was tired from driving all day, so I just kept the bathroom door shut and used it as little as possible. In the morning, I requested to be moved to another room. The hotel staff was very accommodating which I was thankful for. The room I got moved to was better than the last one but 3 out of the 5 nights I stayed there I was kept awake by extremely loud guests. The noise lasted for hours, and this was all after 10pm. One of the nights they were outside my room yelling at each other around 1:30am after making a lot of noise earlier. I recorded video each night to capture how loud they were being. They were so loud that you could hear them very clearly. I did not hear anyone from the hotel staff ask them to quiet down at all. Again, the noise lasted for hours. I did not call to complain due to being a female traveling alone and did not feel comfortable doing so. I would have requested to be moved to another hotel, but I had a lot of belonging's since I was staying for the entire week. I felt like I was staying at a lower end hotel rather than the Holiday Inn.
