The bartender needed to see our id before she would serve us a beer. We are in our 60s. She said it is a new policy with Hilton. This was the 4th Hilton Garden Inn we stayed in the past week. NOBODY ever asked for our id. Then as the night went on, she never ever asked anyone else for their id. Very annoying. The check in person did not explain anything about the place. She just through the keys at us. Never asked if we wanted 1 key or 2. Never told us about amenities, like bar, breakfast, need to use room key to get elevator to work. Again, very annoying. We would not stay here again. AND, the hotel itself was horrendous to find. They had a little sign out front with a bush in front of it. All in all, just a bad experience 😡
