The room had issues with window shades not working, some torn wallpaper in bathroom, cooling unit was loud; however, the rooms are going to be renovated so that is understandable. The room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, nice room amenities plus upon checkout, we were given a “travel goody bag” — will definitely stay on our next trip.

Nice hotel

We stayed for one night while driving cross country. The room was big, comfy and perfect for us. There was a microwave and frig in the room. Coffee and tea in the lobby all day. Breakfast was included and it was the typical complementary buffet. The only issue was the eggs all had cheese on them and they have margarine. Not very friendly for anyone that is health conscious or lactose intolerant.

Hampton Inns use to be a reliable brand but management doesn’t keep investing in their properties and they let them slide. This particular location has old bedding that should have been changed years ago. Lumpy mattress with major indentations has deformed the original flat mattress and was hard to get comfortable on it.

The decor of the rooms appears decades out of date The first room was moldy, baseboard in the bathroom were laid against the wall, the room was in poor condition. They switched us to another room with the same decor but no mold smell. The area around is not very nice

The place was excellent. But I had a Door Dash charge on the debit card used for the room. We never use door dash. Had to close the card. Not sure what happened, but it’s a little concerning.

When we arrived at the hotel, which we stay at frequently, we were dealing with a broken down car, a long tow from the middle of nowhere, and a UHaul trailer that we no longer had a vehicle to tow it with. A member of the hotel staff, Adel, was fantastic. She kept watch over our trailer while we were trying to arrange alternative transport, helped direct us to various places in the area to solve our immediate needs, provided water while we were unloading and reloading the trailer into a truck, and she is an absolute credit to the Coors Rd Hampton Inn. Thank you!
