The restaurant was uncomfortable cold, limited menu selection, the shrimp cocktail presentation was lacking imagination. When we dined there the first time the appetizers came out the same time as the entrees and were cold. The hamburger was asked to be medium well and came charred on the outside. Had to dine there a second time as there were no decent restaurants nearby to walk to. The room was nice, yet the bathroom was quite small, and the mini refrigerator was unstable as well as noisy at times. The hotel over all was quite chilly with it being extremely cold outside.

When checking in the lady who checked this in was very nice. Later that night, when we went to sleep, our heater came on with a very loud screeching noise. I turned it off at the thermostat, but then it kicked back on and it started screeching, very loud. See, next hotel person who was a male, very rude told me just to unplug it.And we ended up freezing the whole early morning, three a m.to 8 a m when we woke up He was also very rude when we were trying to buy snacks down at the main counter and made it seem like we couldn't pay for it.And told us the price, I guess that was our pretty woman moment when she was shopping for clothes. We put our items back and just got a soda and went to our room. All in all you would think it would be a very nice experience.But it wasn't for us. Also, everything you have to pay for from twenty dollar parking on their property to a bottle of water in the room.

This is a dead hotel. You will hardly see any guests. The carpets are dirty, curtains cannot be closed, safe deposit was not functional, charged $20.00 for parking for an empty parking lot, restaurants not functional. Stay away from this hotel at any cost.
