The toilet did not look clean there was a black ring around it, we thought it was stained but after it was flushed a few times it disappeared. We even went to the closest target to get Lysol disinfectant spray to disinfectant the rooms. The front desk lady was great. Also I booked 2 suites through Expedia and upon check in and going up to our room it was just a room with 2 double beds. Not what I booked so I went down to talk to them and they told us Expedia has no rights to book those suite rooms. So now I have to contact Expedia because I paid extra for suites because our boys were running the marathon. We wanted extra space for the baby to play and the boys to have room to stretch before and after the race.

My room had dirty wash cloths in the tub and there was hair on the bathroom floor, as if the cleaning crew hadn't bothered to clean the bathroom. I'm no forensic expert, but there were also red stains on some of the walls that *looked* like blood, in both the bathroom and the room. Again, I didn't test for blood, but it looked like it. Also, the food at the bar was barely food, and NOT cheap. Overall, I expect better from something so expensive and with the "Hilton" name attached. Oh, and the noise? I could hear folks out on the street and the other rooms, not to mention every time that the next door neighbor went to the bathroom.

The staff was good. Room service Never answered their phone. I called several times for three days. No one ever picked up. The hotel didn’t look clean from outside to inside. It was unsightly. I’ve stayed at Doubletree hotels all over the country. I’ve never seen one that looked so run down. Very disappointing.

Room was very clean and roomy, just the bed was uncomfortable, low pressure in shower. Had to pay for parking even though there was no security. If want breakfast need to pay for it. Overall was ok but didn't really impress me for being a Double tree.

Stay was great, the room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was amazing. The only problem I had was they charged $20 for parking but by the time we got back at night there wasn’t a single space available and I had to park across the street.
