Not clean and not safe

While the woman running the hotel was extremely nice, it is not clean and dangerous. The towels and sheets all had stains. The room was in poor condition in regards to paint, drywall patching, furniture (the office chair was ripped and dirty, the night table had visible spills.) The people hanging out in the parking lot were nice but clearly high. This is not a hotel I would stay at again and very strongly recommend families and females avoid it.

Need money refunded

Well, let’s see the reservation was made and I checked in at 3 AM and they had no room for me. They gave my room away then they didn’t want to refund my money and they had no excuse for their poor service. I would I will not use hotels.com to book any more rooms ever again and the hotel is totally responsible for it and she gave me my money back.

Don’t stay here

I paid for the room via Hotels.com but was unable to stay there. When I arrived, there were drug deals and prostitution going on in the parking lot and right in front of the office! It was unsafe, with gang activities. I couldn't leave my car. The hotel refused to give me a refund. Nightmare.

I paid for 2 nights stay king bed. Had to find other accommodation no room at hotel. Got hit up for money from a couple of homeless. One person staying there was staying up outside all night while his wife and daughter slept because it wasn’t safe. Can’t get a refund unless I pay $90 up front,,so much for making a reservation with Expedia.

The manager was a very nice person. However the breakfast was very limited. I only saw orange/apple juice, bread for toast, oatmeal. The TV channels was very limited. Very few channels. The floor in the room was dirty. The HVAC was hard to control. I turned it down a degree and was cold. Turned it up a degree was warm.
