The staff were great and helpful. Free shuttle was a nice plus. I didn't know the hotel was being renovated. If I did, I wouldn't have stayed there. I didn't get free breakfast, though I thought I would. My room had a slight mildew smell. By my last night, the smell was bothering me. I understand things aren't perfect during renovations, but I won't stay here again.

The hotel is undergoing major renovations. There was no access to the pool or fitness center, no breakfast bar, the main entrance was closed and I had to go in through a side entrance - basically there was a check in desk in the middle of some renovations (literally there were painters working around me as I was checking in). The hotel should make people aware of these facts on their listing. Had I known the state of the place, I would have gone elsewhere.

Well, to start with the pool and gym, laundry room was closed due for "renovation". There was a notice in the elevator stating it will start on 09-26-25, I have a pic of the notice. The lobby bathrooms were not working and ice machines were broken. We found one on the fourth floor. The manager did advise me since she took over in June the ice machines have been broken, we were there in October! The air balloons was the reason for our trip and we planned on swimming, in case they did not go up. Well, due to the wind the did not go up. This was a big disappointment. We made sure we selected a top rating hotel, for these reasons I'm very disappointed.

AC was noisy and hard to control. Reno in progress made it unpleasant. If I had understood, I would not have booked. Halls are like a cavern, given the wrong room initially but quickly changed. new room had no soap for sink. Refrig had to control.

The hotel was under construction during our stay so most of the amenities were closed, without any notice even though we booked three weeks prior to our trip. The “made to order” breakfast was terrible and we had to request a remake multiple days in a row.
