I liked that the staff was very helpful and curious. I will let my friends snd family on how clean your hotel is. And i liked the food. The coffee wasnt very good it was bitter.

I enjoyed a nice warm hot tub in the pool area and good hot water in the room. I enjoyed the green chile with my breakfast the first morning and was disappointed that there wasn't any on the second morning. My GPS gave me incorrect directions both time I went. I don't know if the hotel management could be correct that or not.

We were on the second floor, in the bathroom we had water leaking above the tub. Stayed another night, we were able to change rooms, this time we were on the third floor facing North. The breakfast was good. We had two room, two queen beds. We would’ve liked a conjoined rooms but they couldn’t accommodate that. So my older kids were on the second floor and my husband and I were on the third floor.

Check in process was terrible due to hotels.com. Hotels.com did not give me all the confirmation numbers or did not make me aware that there were mulitple numbers. Which made the check in process difficult. The feont desk person disnt care to help either. He told us i dont lnow its a third party. Also the pool was putbofnorder atvthe hotel whichnis the reason we chose the hotel. Bad experience overall.

The room was disappointing, the hotel seems outdated from when we were here last before the pandemic. The air conditioning unit is making an awful annoying dripping sound, and the room phone does not work. The TV has an option for Netflix but no way to connect the tv to Wi-Fi to access. The pool area is out of order as well. This was not the quality we experienced at our last stay or even close to the quality of the one by the airport. The girl that checked us in was very nice though, and she was nice as well when I called her (on my cell) to ask about connecting the tv to wifi. Probably wont stay here again.
