Villa Morais is a spectacular six bedroom property with spacious and comfortable areas, perfect for families seeking a relaxing stay close to the beach and all main amenities.



The living and dining room offer a welcoming space for gathering, with direct access to the rest of the house. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and one bunk bed, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub.



On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, one of them en suite with a bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub.



On the lower level there is a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bedroom with one bunk bed en suite with a shower and an additional bathroom with a shower, providing excellent accommodation for larger groups.



The main kitchen is fully equipped to prepare family meals and has direct access to the barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. In this property there is also a secondary kitchen and a games room with a snooker table, perfect for relaxing moments.



Outside, the villa features a lovely private swimming pool that can be heated as an optional extra, a ping pong table and inviting outdoor areas to enjoy the weather.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ÂșC to 8ÂșC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Perfect Holiday destination with friends

Fantastic house with all you need! We were a group of 16 with children. The house is 5 mins walk to a supermarket and 5 mins walk to the beach. Perfect location. Also 15mins drive from Albeifura old town and 20mins from Zoomarine. Both great to do. And the Uber are fantastic and super quick out there! Would recommend heating the pool if you go out of season. Would totally rent again. Thank you

Large villa with rooms to spare !

Overall this was the perfect villa for us as 5 friends in their 60s. It was huge and we found we could have a bedroom and a bathroom each. The pool was lovely and the location so close to an excellent supermarket was brilliant. We did have a bit of a problem on the first day when the electric went off and after an electrician was sent out promptly to reset the fuse box - it happened again and we discovered it was a faulty kettle tripping the electrics. You need to keep the work surfaces clean as otherwise the ants take over ! One issue we felt could be improved was a lack of information in the villa about the house and the locality( maps , guides etc) We found the short cut to the beach on the last day !! If there had been a guest feedback book it would have given restaurant recommendations which are invaluable to new guests. Overall we enjoyed our holiday very much.

Villa location is amazing. Walking distance to beach, supermarket and restaurants. 16 in our group never felt cramped. Villa is advertised. Property group were brilliant to communicate with. We used their transfer service which was brilliant. All their staff from the Admin, pool men, cleaners, bus drivers were really friendly. The area is really quite and we had a wonderful holiday. Perfect getaway

We stayed as a group of 15 friends June 2023. The Villa was perfect for everything we needed. The neighbourhood was quiet with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The beach was a 4 minute walk away with some great restaurants. The villa itself was very spacious and we all had a wonderful break. Communication with Olivia has been exceptional throughout the booking process.

Perfect Home Away From Home

For a family of 16, this house was perfect. Lots of rooms if you needed some alone time. We didn't feel crowded at all. The location was excellent for getting to the beach or grocery store or restaurants. The pool and ping pong table got lots of use!

AMAZING RETREAT

This villa was the perfect location for our family celebration.!! After some hesitation to travel during this covid-crazy- time, we were very glad we did. This Villa provided the perfect retreat for all of us. The house could not be in a better location. At the end of a quite cul de sac, peaceful at night, but yet a 4 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to an Apolonia supermarket which has everything you could possibly need, and short walks to many amazing restaurants and cafes. A quick 15 min taxi to Albuferia and a 30 minute taxi to Portimao if you want to visit the caves or fish, which we did. The house is just as advertised, large enough for everyone to have their own space and yet great " hang-out" areas. Online communications before we arrived were very professional and helpful. We availed of the transportation through the onsite team and we would highly recommend this for both ease of travel and cost. We had NO issues with this home. It is clean and very safe and nestled away from the hustle.

Fantastic Villa, excellent location and facilities.

Due to covid we were unsure if this holiday would go ahead but we decided to go! The villa is amazing with everything you need. very spacious, and the pool area very clean. The kids loved. It was perfectly located with just a short walk to the beach and apolonia supermarket. We had an excellent break and would definitely return to Albufera.

A fantastic villa 20 persons

The location is perfect, near the beach 1 km. supermarket 300 mtr. the villa is ENOUHG PLACE FOR EVERYONE . 12 adults 8 children. The heated swimmingpool (you have to pay for it) was great. the room , bathrooms , diningroom kitche erverything was completed. We had e great holiday.

Loved it, want to go back

Had a great break with villa big enough for 3 families. Several lovely beaches all in walking distance, all very chilled and relaxed. Beautiful coast walks if you want to explore, Beach bars were great for watching the sunsets with a cocktail in hand. Waves not great for surfing though so have to drive an hour for better waves. Supermarket very close but is very expensive (x3 as much) , ALDI is a mile away so use Uber to book yourself a taxi for your big shop Air-con in the villa was great during the hot nights. I thought pool would be small but actually was perfect for cooling off and for the kids. Communication with the property manager/team was good. Only comment was I ended up with 4-5 different peoples names and numbers so not sure who to go to with what, but all very friendly and helpful. Using property company for airport transfer also worked well with reasonable €200 charge for the 12 of us. Would stay again, what more can I say!

Lots of room

We were a family group of 15 - there was plenty of room for us all - having a 2nd kitchen was a nice extra as we cooked every night and ate on the long outside table. The pool area was lovely with plenty of beds for us all. It was great to have somebody to contact easily if there had been a problem. We had lots of fun with the pool table. The are is quiet but we found a couple of local bars to hang out after dinner for cocktails and drinks. Lovely beach - sea cold but you've got to expect that in Portugal. We got taxis into Albuferia. We paid for the company to pick us up at the airport and drop us off there again - it was well worth it

What a villa! This is almost perfect and we have already booked for next year!The villa exceeded our expectations. The accommodation it is extremely spacious and the added bonus of the lower level being self contained was great. The location is quiet and a short walk to Gale beach - with a decent pool that was the centre of our stay. What a place to relax and have fun !

Great place. Suits our needs to a T. Was all that it promised to be. Helpfuf staff, close to everything we wanted and the weather cooperated. However on negative side as early arrivals on first am we stepped outside & door closed behind us...phone and contact info inside....help at grocery store contacted police, got lock smith no, came and got us back in.COST...50 euros. Remind people that no knobs and no way in ‘!!!!Pool was not heated as requested and 2 grandchildren missed having heated pool as they left early. Except for these 2 happenings it was a great place, great location and great vacation.

Entspannte Tage an der Algarve

Im gemĂŒtlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus mit Garten und großem Pool haben wir uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. FußlĂ€ufig konnten wir den Strand erreichen, dessen zerklĂŒftete KĂŒste sowie kleine Buchten uns gut gefielen. Perfect stay with a big family

We had an amazing stay in Villa Morais with 16 persons in total, 6 kids and 10 adults. The premises was ideal with the swimming pool and huge space. We mainly used the main floor, but having the kitchen in the basement was super for storing all the food as well as the fridge in the main floor. The pool table downstairs was a big success for the kids and the adults. Thank you very much for making our holiday perfect!
