Villa Simão is a cosy and comfortable 2-bedroom villa with a private pool, set in the peaceful residential area of Quinta da Balaia — ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking for a relaxed Algarve stay.
Surrounded by pine trees and greenery, the villa offers a calm setting with no nightlife noise, while still being just a short drive from beaches, restaurants, and everyday essentials.
The house accommodates up to 4 guests, plus a baby (up to 2 years old) in a cot upon request.
Inside, the space is simple, practical, and welcoming. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms — one double with an en-suite bathroom, and one twin with access to a separate bathroom. The open-plan living and dining area is also air-conditioned and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen for relaxed meals at home.
Outside, the private pool is surrounded by mature trees and greenery, creating a sense of privacy throughout the day. Sun loungers, a fully fenced garden, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ make it ideal for slow mornings, beach days, and relaxed evenings at home.
With fast Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and free street parking, the villa is well suited for both short breaks and longer stays.
The location makes everything easy. Praia de Santa Eulália is just a 5-minute drive away, and supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all within 1 km. Quinta da Balaia is a well-established area, perfect for those who want to be close to everything while staying in a quieter setting.
Villa Simão also has a unique story — it was originally built as the model house for Quinta da Balaia, chosen by the architect to represent the development. Its character and layout reflect that original vision.
Access to the villa is via a cobbled pathway of approximately 15–20 metres from the street. Please note the path is uneven and slightly inclined. Parking is available on the street.
