Absolutely Amazing Hotel, Reception team, most welcoming, and helpful with taxis ect, Everything was perfect, food was amazing and lots of choice, the restaurant staff were great, and always found us a table, even when it was busy, the standard of food across our stay was always 100%. Our room was just the best, the layout and balcony's were very spacious, the maids were lovely cant fault anything. Overall a wonderful stay at The Patio Hotel, we will be returning.

Good property. Not a 4 seasons but good people doing the right things. Elevators small and could be cleaner. Room clean throughtout. Toilet seat loose. Maintenance manager ready to take 9f any issues. Great location. Overall good.

We were very thankful we could store our luggage and use the facilities both on the day of arrival and departure as we arrived early and had a later train. The staff was so friendly and offered suggestions for activities. The pool was nice and the pool bar had great food and cocktails. The breakfast had many choices. The room was clean and spacious. We were able to book a shower room on our last day which was greatly appreciated. The staff went above and beyond. Would come back!

The hotel is spacious with plenty of quiet areas if needed. Two pools, usual towels on sunbeds from very early. Good bar service & excellent cocktails. The all inclusive restaurant was very well run, refilled regularly. Also 2 cooking stations. One of the better A/I. Friendly staff. Spacious apartment. Beach in walking distance. Only complaint is bed was a bit firm for me.

The property was larger than we expected however staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen could have done with a cloth and vegetable peeler. The pools were nice however towels were being kept on beds all day with little sign of the guests, which was frustrating. Food options were good with allergies being looked after. The property was only 1/2 hr from the airport. WiFi access was very inconsistent.

This is a great family hotel that has a very good children’s club and entertainment. We went all inclusive and our children enjoyed going to the bar and ordering nice mocktails. This is one the best hotels I have experienced for catering for my wife who is gluten free. Sao who was the restaurant manager in particular was so lovely, helpful and really wanted my wife to enjoy her food. She took great care of her dining requirements and we were very grateful as it made our stay very comfortable. The chef also kindly came out to discuss my wife’s requirements. We would recommend this hotel.

very pleasant family break, Would have become a little bored of the food selection should we have stayed much longer, it did change every day but the model was generally the same each meal time. The Staff were great, the rooms were wonderful we even had a terrace, I would recommend a hire car if you stay here though

The hotel staff were very friendly. One of us has coeliac disease and the hotel accommodated her incredibly. A special mention to Sao our host in the restaurant and to the Chef Vinicius who both really took their time to explain and to assist us. Overall we had an excellent stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who has coeliac disease.
