Apartment in a private condominium, with an adult swimming pool, children's pool and garage, very well decorated and very functional.

Excellent location for a well-deserved holiday, towel over your shoulder and a walk to the beach, 5 minutes on foot to the centre, as well as 5 minutes on foot to the bar street.

As for parking, there is a space in the garage, free of charge, however once your car is parked you won't need it for anything, everything is at hand, beach, pastry shops, takeaway, restaurant...



Located 500m from "Forte de São João" beach in one of the most prestigious areas of Albufeira. Beach access is extremely easy, given the proximity.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped kitchen although no oven.

On arrival David was a Very welcoming and friendly man. He was on hand if there were any concerns.The 2 double bedrooms had comfortable beds of your choice. However the front bedroom is quite noisy as facing a busy road. Both balconies quite small but able to dine on the rear balcony. The pool area was lovely and quiet and very well maintained. But the only ccess to the pool was via the main road or through the basement garage.

location tres médiocre , machine à laver le linge en panne , pas d"accès internet , pas de chaines francaise comme tv5 monde, stores cassés , Nous avons été obligé d'acheter une cafetière car aucune cafetière présente dans la cuisine L' accès à la piscine nous a été refusé par le gardien qui avait changé la serrure , notre e propriétaire Monsieur ANTONIO doit 2200 euros de charge non payée par celui ci A grand mépris du touriste, Je ne ferai plus appel a ABRITEL manque de sérieux

Amazing short stay

We booked last minute and had a fantastic short stay. The apartment is very well presented, clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine which was a bonus for us. The pool is amazing and as we visited out of season, we mostly had it to ourselves. Lovely beaches, playpark for children, shops, takeaways & restaurants are all within walking distance, even with 3 small children. Definitely recommend this apartment, and we hope to be back soon
