The Space:

Located in the exclusive and private condomínium of Herdade dos Salgados, this luxury villa offers 24-hour security, a private swimming pool, and a privileged location, just a few minutes’ walk from Galé and Salgados beaches and right next to the renowned Salgados Golf Course.



The property comprises 4 bedrooms in total, including 2 spacious suites and 2 twin bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house, with the master suite and one of the twin rooms overlooking the pool.



Bed configuration:



- 1 ensuite bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)

- 1 ensuite bedroom with 2 beds (110x200)

- 2 bedrooms with single beds (90x190)



The modern kitchen, located at the entrance of the house and equipped with a laundry area, includes a dining table and is fully fitted, making it ideal for preparing family meals.



The swimming pool is heated up to 26º-27º (FREE OF CHARGE). The new deck by the pool is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying meals outdoors.



The living and dining area is at the front of the house, with direct access to the private pool. It includes a large Smart TV with access to various digital streaming platforms and a fast Wi-Fi connection.



The villa also includes an indoor garage for two cars.



Within the condominium, guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, including additional swimming pools and gardens, as well as access to the Spa (surcharge applies), featuring a premium gym and exclusive treatments.



From June 15 to July 30 and from August 15 to September 30, we offer a parasol and two sun loungers at the Salgados concession beach. In addition, we have two beach umbrellas and four beach chairs available for our guests to enjoy.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the 4 bedrooms, all bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living rooms, laundry room, garage with 2 parking spaces and PowerBox, as well as the entire outdoor area (pool, sun loungers, dining table, and lounge).



The Neighborhood:

Located in a private and secure condominium, the villa offers tranquility and privacy. Galé Beach and Salgados Beach are within walking distance. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, and natural trails perfect for hiking or cycling.



Getting Around:

The villa is well located, with easy access to the main attractions of the region. For greater convenience, we recommend using a car — a garage is available on site. If needed, we can arrange airport transfers or assistance with local transportation.



Other Things to Note:

House rules:



- Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. (DL no. 9/2007)

- Parties are not allowed

- Smoking is not permitted in any area of the house, including outdoor areas – DA’HOME reserves the right to charge €500/night if this rule is violated

- Pets are not allowed

- For safety reasons, diving into the pool is not permitted (maximum depth: 1.30 m)

- Visits to the villa are limited to two people and must be communicated in advance to the DA’HOME team. Visitor identification must be sent beforehand and presented at the condominium reception

- Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.

- Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.

- Security deposit required



Additional Services for Your Stay



During your stay, you can enjoy exclusive experiences such as a private chef, massages, and other personalized services that we can arrange upon request.



Between November and April, cleaning is not included in the stay price. An additional cleaning fee of €200 will be charged.

Check-in is done in person, with a personalized welcome and sharing of all useful information for a smooth stay. During the stay, we are available by phone for any additional support.
