Villa Bogotá is a welcoming and elegant holiday home, ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends. The bright and comfortable living and dining area creates the perfect space for socialising and spending quality time together.



On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, both with two twin beds, one of them en suite with a shower. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.



On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, offering comfort and pleasant views.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing home cooked meals and enjoying time together.



Outside, the villa features a heatable pool (extra cost) and a BBQ area, providing the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation and socialising.



Located in a peaceful area with easy access to beaches, restaurants and local amenities, Villa Bogotá is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.



The property is equipped with a modern security alarm system. Image capture is an integrated feature of the alarm system and is only activated if the alarm is switched on and triggered in response to a potential intrusion.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Beautiful house with excellent facilities

We had a fantastic holiday here. The villa is modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The outdoor barbecue area was a highlight for long, lazy lunches by the pool. The location is excellent, tucked away in a quiet spot but just a short drive away from fantastic local beaches and restaurants. We would definitely return!

Highly recommend for families!

A beautiful, bright, and very comfortable villa. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, and the entire outdoor layout felt safe and inviting. The inside of the house is immaculate and very functional, with a lovely flow between the kitchen and the living space. It is located in a great spot for exploring the Algarve coast while offering a quiet retreat to come home to.

Great outdoor space and peaceful location

This villa exceeded our expectations, especially the outdoor area. The private pool was fantastic, and we spent every evening using the BBQ and dining outside under the stars. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway, yet it remains very close to beautiful beaches and local services. A truly wonderful experience!

Perfect getaway with friends!

We booked Villa Bogota for a holiday with a group of friends and it was perfect. The house is very clean, modern, and spacious. Having three bathrooms was a huge plus for a group of our size, preventing any morning rush. The first-floor bedroom has a lovely view that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is excellent—quiet but within easy reach of everything.

Lovely and elegant villa for a relaxing holiday!

We had an amazing time at Villa Bogota. The house is beautifully decorated, very elegant, and extremely cozy. The living area is bright and was the perfect size for our family to gather in the evenings. Having a mix of double and twin bedrooms distributed across both floors gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook at home. We highly recommend this property!

Large Villa

The bad =The villa is not as described or pictured lots have changed since taken. says sleeps 10 ? not possible as only 3 bedrooms. The basic building needs repairs ie must have been 100 lights but only 20 working. Number of sockets not working. Only 2 of 4 patio doors could be unlocked. 3 + cockroaches dealt with by us. Master suit wooden floor has water damage causing lifted floor planks. Building very tired needs updating. Restaurant's in walking distance if you can manage hills. Good = Great location. Garden and pool area amazing. outside dinning and BBQ area really good. Hypo market only 5min walk away. Master suite is large and very well equipped but lights need sorting.

Avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison, proche d une grande surface et du centre d Albuferia (voiture indispensable )au calme mais petit bémol chien qui aboie un peu plus loin parfois une bonne partie de la nuit …bien située par rapport aux différentes activités à faire dans la région Maison idéale pour 6 personnes mais par contre manque de vaisselle Avons vraiment apprécié les prestations ménage et change des lits en milieu de séjour , équipé au top Communication au top également avec Isabella chargée de l accueil très réactive à nos demandes Si vous souhaitez passer des vacances au calme tout en étant à proximité des différentes visites et randonnées à faire en algarve je recommande vivement cette location et le prestataire qui a la charge de la location Nous avons passé 10 jours de bonnes vacances sous le soleil
