Villa Nespereira is a spacious and welcoming property, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, privacy and a privileged location in Albufeira.



The living and dining room offers a bright and generous space, perfect for relaxing moments and with direct access to the outdoor area.



On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, both en suite with shower, as well as a guest bathroom.



On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both en suite, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.



On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. This level also includes a games room with a snooker table and table football, ideal for evenings of entertainment.



The kitchen is fully equipped and prepared for comfortable meal preparation during your stay.



Outside, the heatable pool (custo adicional) offers relaxing moments under the Algarve sun. The exterior also features a barbecue area and inviting spaces for unwinding outdoors.



Villa Nespereira is located in Montechoro, close to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and all essential amenities.



The property is equipped with a modern security alarm system. Image capture is an integrated feature of the alarm system and is only activated if the alarm is switched on and triggered in response to a potential intrusion.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Perfect for large groups

We loved our time here! The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are great, and having a mix of showers and a bath was very convenient. The outdoor area is brilliant, with plenty of space to sunbathe and relax by the pool. Having all the essentials, shops, and restaurants within easy reach made our holiday stress-free.

Great house and excellent location

The villa is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The living areas are bright and look straight out onto the lovely pool and barbecue area, where we spent most of our evenings enjoying the warm climate. Being located in Montechoro meant we were just a short distance away from local shops, bars, and the beach. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with friends.

Amazing family holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It is incredibly spacious, and having so many en-suite bedrooms made it perfect for our large group. The games room in the basement was a massive hit with everyone, keeping us entertained for hours. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor pool area was just fantastic for relaxing during the day. The location is also excellent, very close to everything we needed in Albufeira. Highly recommended!

Perfect villa for a memorable family holiday

Villa Nespereira was the ideal choice for our family holiday. The villa is incredibly welcoming, bright, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare large family meals, which we thoroughly enjoyed eating outside by the pool. We opted for the pool heating, which was definitely worth it, and the sun loungers were perfect for soaking up the Algarve sun. Being located in Montechoro meant we were close to absolutely everything, from supermarkets to fantastic places to eat, yet the property still offered great privacy. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

Absolutely stunning villa, only downside waa it was about a half hour walk to the bars & shops, but we just got Ubers so it wasnt too much of a problem,

Incredible space and endless entertainment!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Nespereira with a large group of friends. The layout of the house is brilliant—having four double en-suite bedrooms split across the ground and first floors gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. The lower floor was a massive hit with the group, as the games room with both a snooker table and table football kept us entertained for hours in the evenings. The location in Montechoro is perfect, situated in a convenient spot close to brilliant local bars, shops, and restaurants, with the beach just a short drive away. The pool and barbecue area were also superb. We highly recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights on a my brothers stag do, and the place is absolutely perfect for this. Not too far, huge bedrooms, plenty of room for eating and relaxing. Games room and the pool was stunning. The pool was heated which meant we were so comfortable in there too! Plus the outdoor barbecue area. I don’t think anything could be improved.

Perfect family villa

We were all very impressed with this large villa .Perfect for a family . The kitchen is very well equipped ,with plenty of crockery and cutlery .There is a large games room ,which was a great success and the heated pool was superb !

Great stay

The villa is in a great location, short walk to shops/bars/restaurants. Very clean and tidy inside however some furniture looking quite tired and well-used so would expect this to be upgraded soon. Very spacious for our large family. If I would make any suggestions is to have a bar/kitchen or fridge downstairs next to the swimming pool or pool table to make it easy for drinks.

Looks great on paper

If it's a party house you're looking for, this is the spot. However, if you are hoping for something on a higher scale, don't bother. Most things in this house needs a serious update. The furniture is stained, the drains in the showers clog, the beds need to be replaced , etc, Etc, etc. It is a great place for a young group to party at for the weekend, as there is a nice games room. This house would be spectacular if it had some.major updates .
