Villa Laura is an elegant and modern property with a private swimming pool heatable (additional cost), ideal for a relaxing family holiday just minutes from Albufeira Marina.



The spacious and bright living and dining room offers direct access to the outdoor area, creating the perfect setting for socialising. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a double, and a private bathroom.



On the first floor, the villa features a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as two bedrooms with single beds that can be joined to form doubles. This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors.



The lower level includes a games room with a pool table and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub and a convenient laundry room.



The kitchen is modern, functional and fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals with ease and comfort.



Outside, the barbecue and dining area by the pool invite guests to enjoy relaxed meals in a peaceful and private setting.

Great Family Stay

Fantastic and modern villa near the Marina!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Villa Laura. The house is incredibly modern, spacious, and very clean. The kids spent most of their time in the downstairs games room playing pool, while the adults relaxed by the private pool and enjoyed great outdoor barbecues. The location is perfect—very peaceful but just a short walk from Albufeira Marina and a quick drive to beautiful beaches like São Rafael. Having a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms made our stay extremely comfortable. We highly recommend it!

Great location near the Marina

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Laura. The house is located in a very quiet area but still just a few minutes away from the Marina and the beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional for cooking at home. We also enjoyed dinner at a grill house nearby.

Lovely Getaway

A beautiful and comfortable place to unwind, perfect for a peaceful break. The surroundings were convenient, and we really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. We also tried a boat tour during our stay, and it was a great addition to the trip, just like the meal we had at the Algarbe restaurant.

Relaxing and spacious villa

We loved the house and the balconies on the first floor, which were perfect for our morning coffee. The pool area is very private and the barbecue zone is excellent for outdoor meals. We also enjoyed dinner at a cozy Italian place just a short drive away.

Modern and very elegant!

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for our family gatherings. The villa is very modern and bright, and having the pool right next to the dining area made our afternoons very enjoyable. We also enjoyed dinner at a lovely seafood spot near the Marina.

Perfect for families!

The house is beautiful and very clean. Having an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor was very helpful for our family members. The walk to the Marina is very short and the whole area is lovely. We also enjoyed dinner at a nice terrace restaurant overlooking the sea.

Fantastic basement games room

The house is wonderful, especially the lower floor with the pool table which was a big hit with the kids. Family holiday

The property is well situated and was clean presentable. The host made an effort to be at the site when we arrived to walk us through property controls and answer any question's. The pool was clean though not maintained daily so you need to skim the pool each day yourself. We had a problem with the dishwasher that didn’t get resolved while we were there. That said we were there for a long weekend so appreciate a weekend call out might not have been feasible. All in all I would recommend. Great for families or groups of golfing buddies, nice marina that walkable and some great golf within 15 minutes drive.

Beautiful Villa Laura

Villa Laura is exactly as the pictures show, beautiful, clean with a great location to the Marina, supermarkets and taxis - 5 mins walk. The only complaint is that most of the sunbed need attention or replacing and the 2 twin bedrooms upstairs have no full length mirrors for ladies getting ready

Our Portugal wedding stay

The villa is situated 5 minute walk from the marina of albufeira, 10/15 to old town, it’s perfect in every way. We got married during our stay in the Algarve and the villa was our family home for 2 weeks and it didn’t disappoint. My husband got ready at the villa on the morning of wedding with his groomsmen and the pictures and just stunning so we’ll always remember Villa Laura and we will definitely be back some day soon

Perfect spacious villa for large groups

I organised a 9 people family trip and Villa Laura was amazing, there was enough space for everyone and we were welcomed by an amazing team. Check in was simple and easy even going out at night it was very convenient when we separated at night. I can't recommend Villa Laura any more. Well worth it and highly recommended! Area is perfect for multi-activities, cabs found us quite easily and property Manager gave so much recommendations making our stay busy which is what we wanted.

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic villa, in a great location. We arrived to find the villa spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was available. Excellent support by property team when needed (pool cleaning after sandstorm, issue with safe). Easy check-in and check-out with detailed instructions shared through whatts app. Plenty of room to accommodate all 7 guests. Air con great. Minor points to note - deck chairs could do with being replaced as showing age, games room could be better utilised as huge room with only one pool table in so very echoey (pictures on walls etc would help and maybe dart board and table tennis table!).

The Murphy family

The villa and its location were excellent. It was a short walk to the marina and a four minute drive to Albufeira. We no sooner had entered the villa at 4 pm when the management consultant arrived for a meet and greet which took over 30 minutes and was really unwelcome as we had been travelling for 14 hours and wanted to relax. We had issues with broken sun beds which we reported on the day following our arrival. We were informed that someone would come to assess the beds. We rang every day but no one attended until our 5th day of seven. He condemned 3 out of 8 beds resulting in only 5 of our family able to use a bed. The beds were never replaced. We were advised that the pool would be cleaned during our stay and this did not happen either. We would certainly return to this location and villa only if it were managed efficiently.
