On the main level, the villa welcomes you with a spacious living and dining room, perfect for relaxing and gathering together. This level also features 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. One of these bedrooms includes a private shower and WC, while both benefit from air conditioning and forced-air heating. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that capsules for the Dolce Gusto coffee machine are not included. A separate WC is additionally available on this floor for added convenience. On the lower ground floor, you will find a further bedroom with 2 single beds of the same dimensions, a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, along with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. An additional shower and WC is also available on this level.
