Would Stay Again

We were pleased to see such a nice, well thought out, modern apartment. The kitchen had almost everything we could need and the living room area was comfortable for four adults. We could watch Netflix on the large curved screen (some instructions would have been useful to watch local TV). The balcony was a great size with an electronic awning, sizeable table, seating for four or more, a compact clothes drying rack, and a sweet lantern light. The view was as stated and you could hear the ocean. Admittedly, the beds were a little too firm for us, but the linens, duvet and plentiful towels were clean. A top sheet would be good for when a duvet was too much. We enjoyed the location - close to the beach and a multitude of restaurants and bars but not so close that it was overly noisy. The pool was emptied a few days after we arrived - so the “pool” part of the description was misleading. Not a huge loss for us but if you were counting on a pool, you would have been disappointed. The host, Helena, was responsive and accommodating. Overall, the Ocean Balcony Apartment added to the enjoyment of an Albufeira stay.
