PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Located within a private condominium in Albufeira, Albufeira Green Dream is an inviting and well-appointed apartment, ideal for families and small groups looking for comfort, space, and a peaceful environment.

This spacious two-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It features one en-suite double bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out second bed, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for two additional guests. A second full bathroom is also available.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, ensuring year-round comfort. The bright and airy living area opens onto a generous balcony, perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying a barbecue while overlooking the condominium’s landscaped gardens. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals with ease.

Guests have access to two shared swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, surrounded by well-maintained gardens and green areas. Families will also appreciate the on-site children’s playground, along with the pleasant outdoor spaces available throughout the condominium.

Free parking is available outside the condominium. The location offers easy access to Albufeira’s beautiful beaches and the town centre, where guests can enjoy a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options.

Our properties are designed for families, couples, and responsible groups. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings that do not meet these conditions. Mostly self check-in:Access details are shared the day before arrival and after check-in time or once the property is ready.

Municipal Tourist Tax (Albufeira): €2 per person per night (ages 13+), April to October, max. 7 nights. Paid before arrival.

An extra security deposit may apply for certain bookings or special dates and is refunded within 48 hours after check-out, subject to inspection. If in doubt, please contact us before booking.

ID details are required for all non-resident guests before check-in.
