The view is a10 out of10! However, there were many, many issues. We were not given the exact address until the room was ready at approximately 3 oclock on day of arrival even though we arrived in town at noon. We just wanted to be as close as possible to the property because of our luggage situation and the hills in the area. The exterior of the property is tired and not maintained. The towels were thread bare and stained. The refrigerator in the living area made a high pitched screeching noise when the condenser came on.When we asked for a repair they said nothing could be done.Also, the refrigerator smelled horrible. We cleaned it and it still smelled! The pans for cooking are heavily scratched. Only hot water comes out of the bathroom sink.(We had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink.)For showers, the size of the hot water tank requires you to turn on and off the water while lathering and rinsing your shampoo,conditioner and body.Two people cannot take showers back to back. The base boards haven't been cleaned properly in some time.The pictures on the walls are faded, tired and warn. The humidity level in the property was very uncomfortable. There are several spots along the ceiling where I suspect mold growth. Throughout the apartment plaster is cracking and coming away from the walls. The last straw was when plaster fell from the ceiling. We left our reservation two days early and they are refusing to reimburse us. Plaster fell off of the ceiling! Do not stay here!
