Holiday Apartment 'Felsenblick' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

Welcome to the "good parlour" of Albstadt, as our district Margrethausen with its approximately 1,000 inhabitants is also called. Our house is located at the foot of the Ochsenberg and offers you direct access to the Albstadt mountain bike trail as well as the "Traufgang Ochsenbergtour". The name of our house comes from the wonderful panoramic view of the Heersberg and its trail "Felsenmeersteig". You can also access this trail directly from the Margrethausen Kneipp facility. Our holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for all kinds of excursions, such as to the adventure pool, the Danube valley, Hohenzollern Castle and much more.



The apartment offers 100 m² of space for 4 people. In the fully equipped kitchen you will also find a washing machine and dryer, with access to a small balcony. The cosy panoramic lounge of about 17 m² invites you to enjoy social hours with a large solid wood dining table, chairs and dimmable ceiling lighting. Through the large panoramic window and access to the spacious balcony (7 m x 1.96 m) with garden table, chairs and awning, you can enjoy an impressive view of the Heersberg. The living area of approx. 20 m² with TV and lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere. The master bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 m x 2 m), sliding door wardrobe and safe. A travel cot for children can be set up at any time due to the size. In the small bedroom (approx. 12 m²) there are two single beds (each 1 m x 2 m). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and underfloor heating, the toilet is separate.



Use of the outdoor pool is possible by arrangement.
