Our newly renovated vacation apartment is located close to the center in a quiet residential area. At 96 m², it offers enough space for a maximum of 5 people. The mixture of old and new furnishings gives the apartment a unique flair. The open living concept of the dining and living area is spacious and flooded with light. With a total of 3 bedrooms, our apartment is ideal for families and small groups. But business customers will also find a place to relax and recharge their batteries for the next working day.



You can reach Ebingen town center in 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. With its old town center and half-timbered houses as well as the newly designed pedestrian zone, the center invites you to stroll and shop. Swabian restaurants and cafés will spoil you with regional cuisine.



Nature lovers can hike directly from the house or drive 5 minutes by car to the start of the "Traufgang" premium hiking trails.

Cycling and mountain bike tours also start right on the doorstep, e.g. the ALB-GOLD Wadenbeißer Trail is less than 3 minutes away.



For families, the apartment is the ideal starting point for excursions. The badkap with wave pool, slide paradise and sauna area, the Roßberg leisure area with playground and small animal park, the bike park or the climbing park on the Ebinger Waldheim are all within a radius of 5 kilometers. In winter, countless cross-country ski trails, ski lifts and winter hiking trails provide unforgettable experiences.
