Guests can enjoy access to a private 190-acre lake with a sandy beach, seasonal outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and kids' playground—all surrounded by beautiful forests and abundant wildlife.

Ideally situated near some of the Poconos' best attractions, you'll be a short drive from Lake Harmony, Hickory Run State Park, charming Jim Thorpe, Pocono Raceway, Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resorts, and a variety of scenic golf courses. Enjoy everything from a relaxing round of golf to whitewater rafting, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and shopping at nearby outlets.

Camp Charlie Poconos is exclusively yours during your stay! You'll have private access to nearly the entire property, with just a few exceptions: an unfinished section of the attic, which remains locked for your safety, and two hallway closets reserved for storage. Beyond these small areas, the entire home and its wonderful amenities are yours to enjoy.

🛏️ REST & RECHARGE | Six bedrooms, 12 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. Four king bedrooms give adults space to unwind, while the two bunk rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for kids, teens, and other guests. Sound machines, blackout curtains, and premium Quince bedding are in every room. 55-inch TVs are in the king bedrooms. Two pack-and-plays and sheets are provided, as well as a baby bathtub, monitor, baby gates, and a highchair/booster seat to make traveling with young ones easy.

Getting around is easy, and having a car is the best way to make the most of your stay in the Pocono Mountains. Camp Charlie offers convenient access to major routes, including PA-903, PA-534, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-476), making it simple to explore nearby attractions such as Jim Thorpe, Lake Harmony, Hickory Run State Park, Pocono Raceway, and the area's ski resorts and golf courses. Free parking is available at the property.

• Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE): Approximately 50–60 minutes away
• Philadelphia International Airport (PHL): Approximately 1.5–2 hours away
• Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR): Approximately 2–2.5 hours away

Driving times are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather, and road conditions. While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft may be available, availability can be limited in this rural mountain setting. We strongly recommend having a personal vehicle or rental car for the greatest flexibility and convenience throughout your stay.

🎾COMMUNITY AMENITIES | Camp Charlie is located within the private Towamensing Trails community, giving guests access to a variety of seasonal amenities including a private lake with sandy beach for swimming, community outdoor swimming pool, volleyball, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, catch and release fishing (PA license required), kayaking and pedal boat rentals available for an additional fee. 8 amenity guest badges are included with your stay. Badges are required for guests ages 6 and older to access the community amenities. Eight additional day passes are available for purchase for $10 per day per person at the clubhouse. The community pool and beach are typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please confirm the current seasonal schedule prior to your stay.

🗑️TRASH | To help protect local wildlife, our HOA bylaws prohibit storing trash outside in standard trash bins. All guests are required to remove their trash from the property and take it the community compactor, located at the main entrance of the neighborhood. Airbnb has granted our property an exception to its checkout task policy, specifically allowing us to require guests to remove their trash and take it to the community compactor in compliance with our HOA bylaws. We appreciate your understanding!
🚗 GUEST & VEHICLE REGISTRATION | Our community requires all guests to register their vehicles and electronically sign an acknowledgement of the community rules before their stay. The primary guest must provide their contact information and license plate numbers for all vehicles staying at the property. The driveway accommodates up to 8 vehicles max. Street parking is not permitted.
📹 SECURITY CAMERA | For your safety and security, an exterior Ring camera with audio monitors the outside of the property. There are no indoor cameras.
