Too hot or cold outside? Our upstairs loft has you covered with air hockey, foosball, big screen TV, and lounging area, while our downstairs level has a pool table, shuffleboard, and huge sectional sofa with TV.



Sleep in luxurious linen/cotton bedding in the king and queen bedrooms. Plus, we’ve got TWO large bunk rooms each with 4 beds perfect for the kids to have their sleepover-style nights away from the adults!



Enjoy sipping a hot cup of joe through the chalet windows or on the outdoor deck -- and yes, we provide you with a perfectly stocked coffee station with K-cups, coffee grounds, tea, sweetners, creamers, and syrups!

Our getaways are for guests who want a fun yet relaxing and serene experience close to outdoor adventure. If you are looking for somewhere to throw parties, late night events, or boisterous gatherings, our homes would not be an appropriate fit. Please consider booking with a different host.



Reservations:

The person making the reservation must be present from check-in through check-out. Bookings must be made 48 hours prior to check-in. The community requires us to provide your license plate with state for each vehicle in the Guest Form attached to the welcome message you will receive immediately after booking. Please note we use dynamic pricing software which automatically adjusts based on the demand happening real-time in the area. That means you may see price fluctuations over time. Please finalize your booking as soon as possible to lock in the price you see.



Community Amenities:

8 wristbands are provided for the community amenities. Additional wristbands may be purchased for $10 per person per day. Guests will need to present the Guest Packet we leave for you and a photo ID at the Teepee and boat rental office. Children 5 and under do not need a wristband. A wristband must be worn on the wrist at all times when using community amenities. Please being your own beach towels if you’d like to take advantage of the community pool/beach.



Pet Policy:

We do not permit pets. Undeclared pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet. Damages made by undeclared pets will incur an additional $500+ charge.



Rules & Regulations:

All guests are subject to the community rules and will be responsible for any fines imposed by the community incurred during their stay, separate from any fines applied by the host. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am and string lights are set to turn off at 9:30pm. However, we have backyard landscape lighting for the remainder of the evening. After a 2nd noise complaint guests will be required to vacate the property immediately. Open fires are currently not allowed by the community.



Vehicles: A maximum of 7 vehicles are allowed. However, since all vehicles must be within the driveway, the size of your vehicles may limit the total you can fit. Please plan accordingly and reach out with questions. Parking is not allowed on community streets.



House Supplies:

We provide our guests with a weekend’s worth of essentials (14 bath towels, a hand and makeup towel per bathroom, 6 jumbo toilet paper rolls, 2 paper towel rolls, 6 dishwasher pods, 4 laundry pods, 6 kitchen trash bags). There are several grocery stores and markets within a 5 minute drive if your needs are more than average or you have a longer stay.



7+ Day Discount:

Please keep in mind that 7+ day stays qualify for a discount. Modifications to shorten your stay to 6 or less days will lose the discount and potentially cause your total cost to be more expensive than a longer stay. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to pro-rate the discount for shorter than 7 day stays.

By booking this property your group accepts all responsibility regarding use of the property and amenities and agrees to release the Host(s) from any liability.
