Clean, functional, location, convenient to the tennis academy (reason for being in Valencia, beach and publc transport). Caters to 18 - early 30s population, with a dorm like recreation area on the mezzanine. Despite having sunny days in the high teens and low 20s, the pool remained closed. Rooms are equipped with small induction hubs, microwaves and refrigerators so you can prepare meals in your room if desired. The cleaning team were quick, effective and welcoming. Just needed to request they change the pillow case and sheets after few days. The front desk team were civil at best. Good location for those after a clean, functional location on a budget

The bed was very squeaky, the tv is mounted in a corner where you can’t watch from the bed and does not swivel, the ac was broken and it got sooo hot (they did reset it once I asked), ac was also locked so I couldn’t make any changes, no phone in room so have to walk down to reception for every question, pretty bare bones room. Dont think I would stay again….

Worst night of sleep in my life. Very stuffy rooms. You can hear everything in the halls. You are better off staying near the center of town, and taking a cab to the beach. It’s not worth staying here for its proximity to the beach alone.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage/drain smell. I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue. A chemical product was used which appeared to mask the sewage smell rather than resolve it. The air-conditioning was also ineffective at cooling the room and dust/debris fell from the unit onto the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. In addition, there were visible maintenance issues in the room and bathroom, including signs of damp/mould and damaged skirting boards. What disappointed me most was the response when I first reported the problem. Rather than being offered an alternative room, my concerns were initially dismissed and I was left dealing with room issues from the very start of the stay. This negatively affected my enjoyment of the holiday. The location was good and the cleaner who attended the room was polite and helpful, but the overall standard of the room and the handling of the complaint were not what I would expect.

Fine overall. Very close to the beach, nice pool, staff are friendly. The free breakfast (we paid in advance) will get your day started but will not wow you. *But realize this is more like a college dorm. Literally. We did not realize this when we booked. It all worked out fine, but it was a bit of shock at first. But again, we adjusted and no complaints. Last, it's about a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride to the main areas of the city.
