Charming recent contemporary villa of 140 m2 on fenced wooded land with parking and electric gate comprising: 1 spacious master suite with dressing room and bathroom walk-in shower and Scene, 2 double bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with bathtub, 1 fully equipped American kitchen, living-dining room, terrace of 53 m2 fully equipped with gas barbecue.<br>The villa is air-conditioned and has all the comforts of a main residence, namely a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board...<br>The villa benefits from Wifi access with fiber, television in the living room and all bedrooms as well as a PS4. On the lower level, bicycles are available as well as a ping-pong table and beach equipment.<br>Please note: the villa is managed by Kalypso Conciergerie in Pietrosella, an end-of-stay cleaning fee including laundry of the linen provided will be paid on arrival on site.
