## Emplacement
Located on the Island of Beauty, in the department of Corse-du-Sud, the municipality of Grosseto-Prugna is situated in the Taravo, about thirty kilometers south of Ajaccio. This seaside resort faces the island capital, on the southern shore of its gulf. Populated since the Gallo-Roman era, the commune of Grosseto-Prugna has a rich and fascinating history. Once populated by the Genoese and victim of barbarian assaults between the 16th and 17th centuries, it has become over time a Mecca for Corsican tourism. This seaside resort has indeed many assets, starting with its dream beaches and its sports and nautical activities to practice between two breaks in the sun.
