Albiez ski resort. Total floor area: 49 m² (attic parts included). Country house from 1963 to the heart of the village at the foot of the slopes. Residential quiet. Warm cottage attic under the roof. Complete equipment of quality. Balcony. Nice natural common ground. Beautiful unobstructed view of the massif. Close to all shops and services. A traditional country house located at the foot of the slopes in the family-friendly resort of Albiez-Montrond and 13km from St Jean d'Arves / Les Sybelles ski area (the largest ski area in the Maurienne valley with 310km of pistes). An authentic village on a sunny plateau, at the foot of the famous and distinctive Aiguilles d'Arves peaks. Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, and tobogganing! Numerous hiking trails and other outdoor activities, both recreational and sporty, are available between the various resorts of the Arvan-Villard massif. Guided cycling and mountain biking routes are also available. Close to the Col de la Croix de Fer pass, at the foot of the Etendard glacier. A recreational lake is located at the Col du Mollard pass. The area boasts a rich cultural, architectural, and religious heritage, including the renowned Baroque Trail. The house's three apartments can be rented together, accommodating up to 15 people. Ideal for those who love unspoiled nature and wide-open spaces!
