For rent in the village resort of ALBIEZ-MONTROND, at the Col du MOLLARD with a breathtaking view of the Aiguilles d'Arves, 5/7 seater chalet ideally located at the foot of the slopes with ski-in/ski-out departures and returns, 100 metres from the shops (ski hire, supermarket, restaurants). But it is also 50 metres away from a lake for swimming in summer, mountain bike rental, horseback riding in July and August and many hikes in the middle of nature possible. The mythical Col de la Croix de Fer a few kilometres away, a treat for cyclists but also the start of superb hikes.<br>A living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom, large terrace. <br>Equipment: sofa bed for 2 people, electric heating, fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, TV, fondue and raclette set, outdoor barbecue.<br>From 770 € per week (including gas and electricity up to a limit of 600 kwh), 40% deposit at the time of booking, deposit cheque 250€ on the day of handover of the keys.<br>Please contact us.

Emplacement parfait pour ce chalet familial

Excellent séjour d'hiver, nous étions directement sur le départ des pistes et en avons profité toute la semaine. C'est parfait pour les enfants, le chalet donne directement sur la piste des débutants, l'environnement agréable et calme avec une terrasse au sud avec vue sur les aiguilles d'Arve et la supérette à 2 minutes à pied bien pratique (boucherie, fromage produit localement et dépôt de pain).La famille propriétaire a été accueillante et aux petits soins, un grand merci à eux.Sherpa tout procheles xi
