This place was a great find. Just a short walk from the main sights, but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Parking is very easy on the street or in a lot within 50 meters of the hotel. Staff were great and the breakfast very good. I would stay here again without a doubt.

We had the best time in Albi! Hotel es Pasteliers made our time in Albi even better. The Hotel is in walking distance to the city centre. The Hotel is charming and the people are so warm it made our stay very memorable. They gave us wonderful dinner suggestions. I would stay here again! Breakfast was delicious!

We had a great stay here. The staff is incredibly friendly and offered suggestions onwhere to eat and what to see while in Albi. The hotel is walking distance from the cathedral and the food market is a block away. A nice home made breakfast was available for an additional fee. I highly recommend staying here.

The welcome that we got from the owner was wonderful. He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi.

Amazing value and incredibly service

We had just a one night stay in this vibrant & historic city - The hotel owners are friendly , professional and take great pride in their hotel. I Our recently renovated room & bathroom were small but great value for the price including a delicious & generous breakfast buffet for just 10 euros.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and gave me plenty of useful information about the local area while they checked whether my room was ready. Comfortable, clean hotel with very reasonable breakfast option. We had a terrace room. Only drawback is there are no hand towels. Less than 10 minute walking distance to major sites such as Saint Cecile Church and the Toulouse Lautrec museum housed in the Berbie Castle built in the 12th century.

Old World Charm

We enjoyed our overnight stay in this older, but quite charming hotel. We had not noticed that the hotel doesn't have an elevator and didn't know how we could get our luggage up three flights of stairs, but the wonderfully friendly and helpful desk clerk came to our rescue. His extra service was deeply appreciated.
