Situated in Albert Town Wanaka, this modern 3-bedroom townhouse will be perfect for your next family ski holiday or summer getaway.

Three bedrooms with queen size beds and supplied with full linen, a kitchen with everything you'll need, including a rice cooker/crockpot and Nespresso Vertuo (BYO Pods), With two heat pumps and gas fire you will be cosy warm in winter and not too hot in summer. There's a storage shed for your ski gear/bikes etc and the second carpark a few metres away is a real bonus.

In 45 minutes you'll be on the chair lift at Cardrona Ski Field, or 5 minutes down the road in the Wanaka township for great meals & activities. Moments from the front door is the Outlet track along the riverside which is a lovely walk/cycle all year round. The views from the top of nearby Mt Iron are definitely worth the climb.

The renowned Pembroke Patisserie, Albies Tavern and a Four Square supermarket are all conveniently located within the townhouse complex.

There are security cameras monitoring the front entrance and carpark, and the lockbox and storage shed for your security.

Christmas in. Albert Town

We enjoyed our stay at this convenient and modern condo. The neighborhood has an amazing bakery within walking distance! The beds are comfortable and all amenities were as described. This provided the perfect base camp for day trips to Queenstown, Wānaka and surrounds.

Great location for skiing

The place was easy to keep warm. Despite having 3 bedrooms, the living area was small - fine for the 3 of us, but 6 wouldn't work...
