Limited check in times. Busy & noisy environment. Noisy refrigerator which was not easy to switch off & which only contained small sachets of UHT milk ( hardly needs a refrigerator) Expensive for the limited facilities and poor service.

We had an executive studio with a King bed, perfect for an overnight stay. The studio was warm, clean and comfortable. I loved the rainhead shower, which had excellent pressure. As part of the complex there is a takeaway shop, 4 square, liquor store, tavern, laundromat and the excellant Pembroke Patisserie, which meant we were able to have dinner and breakfast within walking distance. The complex is also close to the Clutha river walking track which we loved.

Warm, clean and comfortable room with great shared facilities and handy access to dining options along with a convenience store, bottle store and laundramat. Easy simple check in with parking directly outside our room. Very very happy with our stay and will return.

Great property, beautifully decorated with comfortable bed, but illogical sink in bathroom. For some reason they elected to install a sink with no space to set even a modest sized dopp kit. Bright light outside lit up the room at night even with wooden slat shutters. Blackout curtain is needed. Jane was very hospitable and took good care of us during our stay
