The staff at check in was great! Very friendly and efficient. The hotel looks nice at the main entrance and my kids loved the pool. Otherwise was rather run down everywhere else... The water temperature for the showers fluctuates, there's no drain plugs if you want to take a bath, the microwave in one of our rooms had no glass tray inside, and the breakfast was mediocre with the juice dispensers not working and butter sliced from sticks and put in to mini muffin cups and other... Odd things like that. I spend the extra money and choose to stay somewhere else next time I'm in the area.
