In the heart of the Cahors vineyards, this vacation rental is attached to the owners’ home on their wine estate. The highlight of this rental: swimming and fishing just 300 meters away in the Lot River. A warm welcome all year round. The house is built over cellars; a few steps lead up to the terrace and then to the front door, which opens into the cottage, where all rooms are on the same level. A warm welcome all year round. Dining room, separate living room, kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, stovetop), 3 bedrooms (2 beds 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m, 1 crib available upon request), bathroom, separate toilet. Outside: Terrace, lounge chairs, fenced-in yard (200 m²) with space to park a car. The living room can be converted into a bedroom for the summer upon request. The cottage is located near a road.
