Elegantly decorated hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly and professional and made check in easy. Everything exceeded my expectations. A truly memorable stay! I highly recommend the Crown Plaza for anyone visiting the Albany/Troy area.

Someone had pre set alarms at 4:25 and 4:35. I had to turn on a light to find the permanent shut off button. My whole family woke up, the staff didn’t even apologize when I mentioned it. Also, stood in the lobby for 17 minutes waiting for coffee to be refilled at 8:30am.

This hotel was nice. Great space and helpful, friendly staff. The only negative was that all the pillows were very overstuffed. Sometimes hotels have 2 pillows that are the same and two others that are a little different. If that was done, it would have been perfect.
